In January 2022, Rigby Construction successfully completed a full refurbishment of the shower room facilities at Richard Fairclough House, delivering modern, high-quality amenities ready for use by all staff on site.
Commissioned by Mitie, this project involved a complete revamp of the existing bathroom and shower facilities. The scope of works included the strip-out of outdated fittings and finishes, followed by the installation of new, durable and contemporary fixtures designed to improve both functionality and user experience.
