As part of this BREEAM ‘Excellent’ development, RIGBY was commissioned to transform the sixth-floor exterior into a premium rooftop garden and staff retreat. The project focused on creating an elevated sanctuary that serves as a vital escape from the traditional office environment. By integrating lush greenery with the building’s clean, sculptural lines, we developed a space designed for relaxation, social interaction, and mental well-being. Our work on the roof garden complements the building’s central lightwell, drawing the community upward to a space that offers panoramic views of the riverfront and the Sheffield skyline.
